Filters

Filters are the criteria used to select the data that will be displayed in a report.

Cycle

  • The cycle filter selects the election cycle that you would like to view. The default value is the current cycle, but you can set it to the last cycle or all by toggling between the three grey buttons (Current, Last, All).
  • Election cycles are defined as two-year periods that start on the first date of the most recent odd year and end on the last date of the next even year. For example, the 2020 election cycle starts on 1/1/2019 and ends on 12/31/2020.

Date Range

  • The date range selects a more specific range of dates than the cycle filter allows. Stats (total, largest, etc.) will update to selected date range.

Amount Range

  • Min and Max Amount limits the reports to the amount range entered. Stats (total, largest, etc.) will update to selected amount range.

Income Project

  • The Income Project Filter will populate reports for a specific project. The default value is all, but a project can be viewed by selecting it in the dropdown.
  • The Income Project filter only works for income reports.
